Following the expansion of their Witham branch, Big Cars have invited Andy Whiteley to continue their team development programme with a two day course focusing on the Big Cars Customer Journey.

Big Cars pride themselves on fantastic customer service and are considered to have the biggest Facebook Car Dealership in the UK.  Their continued investment in training underlines their ambition to be the biggest and the best independent car dealer group in the country, offering their clients a main dealer service with the flexibility to offer every brand at competitve prices.

Andy whiteley from IST has been working with Managing Director Adam Stott and his team since April this year. Andy is proud to be associated with the continued growth of the big cars branch and this week sees him take a colleague from IST with him to support the new starters and existing sales team members.

At the heart of the Big Cars Customer Journey are the key traits of being helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
