Job Title:             Business Development Manager

We are a Motorhome Broker and a Static Caravan Trader.  We need an enthusiastic, outgoing and results orientated

individual to work as part of our sales team.  You will take inbound enquiries to make sales and you will make

outbound calls to prospects to find stock. You will travel throughout Yorkshire securing Motorhomes to Broker and

arranging appointments to sell.  You are results orientated, focused and able to work under pressure. 

Full training will be given.

 

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Key Success Factors

  • Responsible for day to day sales enquiries from customers and prospects.
  • Manage and record all sales enquiries via CRM system and process orders.
  • To monitor conversion rates and drive the sales forward
  • Make outbound calls to leads and convert them into appointments
  • To help grow Motorhome Sales
  • To help grow Static Caravan Sales
  • To promote our referral scheme
  • To open doors and secure sales meetings by proactive measures (B2C)
  • Develop and enhance customer relationships.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share, and producing a constant pipeline of quality leads.
  • Assist with the development and management of the marketing budget.
  • Ensure our Facebook pages are current and refreshed weekly.

 Required Experience and Qualifications

  • No Sales experience – Full training will be given.
  • If you have sales experience it will only be circa 2 years. We wish to train you into our methods.
  • Able to multi task and meet deadlines. 
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the customer.
  • Must be competent in the use of a Microsoft Office and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly.
  • Confidence, self-motivation and a can-do attitude - a desire to achieve sales, make an impression and to constantly improve your personal performance.
