What We Do

Initial Research programme:

For many clients we spend time within their business observing how their sales team members interact with prospective and existing customers and analyse why it produces the current level of sales.

We create a report on our findings which outlines the current procedures and where the room for improvement lies.

We look to identify where we can improve your sales performance before offering a solution.

Accept your agreement to proceed:

On completion of the report we present to you our findings and agree with you the best way to proceed with bringing about the changes required.

Pilot programmes:

Taking our observations and our real life interactions into consideration we would often look to roll out the new procedures on a trial basis to ensure the effectiveness of the new programme.

Classroom Training

Having designed a successful  programme which embraces the personality of your business we  look to educate and  coach, through a series of modules.

Through role play, interaction within the classroom and the observation of our trainer we seek to give your team the knowledge and the competence to professionally  deliver a tried and tested process before returning to the workplace environment.

On site practical training

We offer our time to work with your people in groups and/or one to one to personally coach them through the new procedures. We also interact with your customers to demonstrate the new methodology.

Ongoing Support

Many clients retain our services for a day or so per month. We would schedule refresher time into the diary to include future one to one, group or web based follow up training.
